Reminds me of early Brand New. The show was a DIY event run for the kids by the kids.

It was another DIY performance complete with singalongs, dancing, and of course an abrasively humid basement. The choruses are huge and fun and the melodies are dangerously contagious. From the lyrics, to the melody, to the vocals, and really everything about the music, its hard to not find at least one aspect of their music enjoyable.
Musically, Latterman really fall in an odd category.

EVedder27 October 29th Comments. The guitars and bass interweave without ever playing the same thing, which is something that is unfortunately missing from a lot of pop-punk nowadays. Latterman talked between songs about everything from homophobia and consumerism to being positive and how amazing it is to create lattdrman as beautiful and fulfilling as a DIY community.
At the Disco, as their sound is much less polished and refined. The ceilings were low and literally dripping with sweat; it was hard to move, the volume was at a brutal high, and I loved every minute of it. Thanks for the compliments, and I urge everyone to check this out.

Yes, songs like "We're Done For" and "My Bedroom Is Like For Artists" do offer serious criticisms of patriarchy, misogyny, and white privilege, but many others simply fire off lines like "We need to get out of these boxes," "So move out, move on," and "it will all come together, fall apart, document, break and build, let it go, grab a hold, move, set it free and believe," that leave you wondering just what the band are referring to.
This looks fairly interesting, actually.
